Acute and chronic renal failure, dialysis and a host of comorbidities including CHF, MI, arrhythmias, DM, etc., are just part of the experience of this unit. Extensive telemetry knowledge, monitoring and treatment are required. This has been a great multifocal assignment allowing me to use and define my clinical knowledge and expertise.
