At Aerodyn, I worked closely with the engineering team with weekly and ongoing projects throughout the summer. This included performing tests on parts such as bearings or slip rings and gathering results to present to the customer. In order to present the information, programs such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and SolidWorks were utilized. I also had individual projects given to me by my engineering manager. One project included improving one of the company's in-house products in both design and quality.

At Multimatic, I worked closely with the engineering department with the manufacturing side of the corporation. I performed time trials to help improve efficiency and parts per hour. I learned the processes of different assembly lines and how to work with machine technicians on how to solve problems that would emerge. Finally, I used CAD software to design parts that would help with many problems that arose during production. Some of these designs consisted of protected certain control panels from forklifts or creating a ramp that made parts easier for workers to grab and put on the racks.
