I was looking to get into the fitness industry being an ex pro athlete I had been training all of my life and I had a real passion for helping out others achieve their fitness and health goals. After gaining my advance Dip in Strength and Conditioning health and well-being I started my Own business within the confines of the Carlingford Fitness First. It was here I learned a lot about managing money. Understanding cash flow early was key as I had clients pay up front for months in advance and i had to make sure that bills were paid, food was on the table and I had business expenses like insurance and rent. These were fun times helping my clients achieve the body and mind they had always dreamed of. It was a very rewarding job and I made sure that I always put in 100% for my clients as I new they were relying on me to guid them through their fitness and health journey.
