Cognifide is now Wunderman Thompson Technology. My role is primarily client-facing, taking part in numerous Adobe Experience Manager implementations, both lift-and-shift, and complete redesigns as part of a migration from legacy platforms. I work with various client stakeholders and predominantly in-house development teams, both on client premises and working remotely. I have worked as an independent analyst, and as part of more diverse teams, on both large- and small-scale projects. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitating and gathering requirements from various stakeholders, and translating them into a prioritised backlog that delivers value to the client. - User Experience & Design analysis and feedback to ensure best practice, and transforming them into SMART user stories for development teams to work on. - Management of backlog artefacts such as epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring sufficient detail is captured for development teams to be able to perform their tasks. - Functioning as an Adobe Experience Manager SME, both for vanilla AEM when providing User Experience & Design feedback, based on knowledge of out of the box components and functionality, and for more mature platforms, where much of the functionality is evolving and the platform is growing. - Author training for mature Adobe Experience Manager platforms, quickly upskilling myself and providing Beginner and Advanced training for a wide range of authors and other roles within a business. I have also functioned independently as a Technical Business Analyst, the distinction being largely focused on User Experience requirements vs Platform capabilities. Show less
