I have had the privilege of working with Ryan for four and a half years at Amber Labs, where he excelled as the Head of Customer Growth and Support. During this time, Ryan demonstrated exceptional skills and expertise in his role, seamlessly bridging the gap between our customers and the technical team. Ryan consistently showcased his ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues, which proved to be instrumental in ensuring the success of our technical team. He participated in sprint planning sessions, retrospectives, and product committees, liaising with multiple staff members, including product management, engineering, and management, to support his initiatives. This proactive approach highlighted Ryan's dedication to not only resolving customer issues but also to driving continuous improvement within our product. At the management level, Ryan consistently kept the bigger picture in mind and led the support team with a broader organizational context. This strategic mindset made Ryan an integral asset to our team, as he helped shape our approach to delivering a world-class customer experience. In summary, I wholeheartedly believe that without Ryan and his support team, our product team would not have achieved the ambitious goals we set out to accomplish.
