This is the Foundation’s annual signature event, with 60% growth in attendance since 2011 o Identify, contact, and confirm 60+ speakers for conference presentation scheduling, housing and travel o Oversee all scheduling and planning of the youth portion of the conference that runs concurrently with the general conference o Plan and order all materials needed for the conference, including registration supplies, marketing materials, printing materials, and signage o Gather and submit all materials necessary for the conference program book o Act as the Venue Logistics Coordinator while on site for the conference
