• Provide the analytics necessary to support cost recovery initiatives, regulatory filings and regulatory strategy. • Develop and maintain complex and technical analyses of multiple components of the Company's cost of service and rate design allocation models in each rate jurisdiction. • Develop recorded and forecasted results of operations by ratemaking jurisdiction, identifying emerging cost of service issues and providing recommendations to management in support of corporate financial and regulatory goals. • Perform financial and operational analyses to ensure recorded and statistical information is completed and maintained in a timely and accurate manner. • Perform company billing system entries to ensure customers are accurately and timely billed and the company recovers all amounts authorized by its regulatory commissions; make recommendations when billing system or reporting changes are required. • Prepare regulatory filings, testimony and supporting schedules to effectively advance the Company's technical regulatory strategies. • Prepare responses to data requests. • Monitor and communicate emerging regulatory issues and the potential impact on the Company's operations. • Analyze the economic feasibility of customer bypass. • Coordinate with internal departments on compliance requirements and regulatory impacts ordered by Commissions and recommend alternative business practices. • Provide subject matter expert knowledge on technical issues involved in ratemaking and regulation • Provide expertise on interpretation of Commission approved tariffs, statutes, regulations, and pertinent Commission decisions.
