Ryan worked for me at Goodwood since I joined in 2013. He was instrumental in helping me build several elements of the team - bringing the Helpdesk in house, expanding the engineering and event IT facility and improving response KPIs across the board. He is honest, loyal, committed and hard working and I can wholeheartedly recommend him.

I managed Ryan from October 2010 through to April 2012 when he was based as an onsite IT service engineer at Goodwood Estate. Ryan has an excellent blend of technical skills and customer service; he understood his role very well and adapted his working style to the unique working environment that is Goodwood. Coupled with his normal duties, Ryan was also responsible for IT support during the festival season; this involved setup and support throughout the live event to all manner of 3rd parties, VIPs and normal users. It was common practice to work 12 hour plus days and Ryan did this with the minimum of fuss and utmost professionalism. I often received messages of thanks and praise for Ryan from Godowood's IT Manager. Whilst Ryan was based at Goodwood he was still working for CMS. He balanced this excellently and integrated himself into the customer's work ethic whilst still following and implementing Managed Service process. I would have absolutely no hesitation to either work with Ryan or recommend him for employment. He is a diligent, hard-working and intelligent individual who was always a pleasure to deal with.
