I've worked with Ryan Bean for 3 years now, and I have found him to be very easy to work with, very detailed oriented, thorough, intelligent, and always focused on the best interests of the company. He is a very strong team player, very supportive, open to others' ideas and suggestions and considerate of others feelings. Ryan is a very knowledgeable engineer and a very competent performer. He is willing to go "the extra mile", working weekends and overtime, when required. Ryan has demonstrated his ability to work with and communicate effectively, across all lines of management and hourly employees. If I were to open my own company, I would want Ryan Bean to work for me and engineers of his same caliber.
