Ryan interned for me last year and was an incredible asset to our Budget and Planning team. He was quick to learn and was able to identify areas that needed to be inspected or analyzed. One of Ryan's projects helped identify crucial drivers for our Graduate School that changed our enrollment and product delivery strategy. He was also an integral part of our borrowing analysis that determined the colleges capacity for debt vs. our opportunity for new revenue sources. Ryan is highly motivated, detail oriented, and extremely intuitive. It was unfortunate that I had no open positions on my team or else we would have hired him. He will make an incredible employee for any company... Can't recommend him more!
