While the company ran successfully for 10 years, the company was primed for growth and required direction and strategy. Starting in 2017 after leaving Neustar I took over strategic direction of the business, including marketing, strategic relationship building with key influencers in our channel (hospitals, obstetricians, maternal child health nurses, allied service providers, etc.) and supplier management. Additionally, I undertook pricing restructure, workflow customisation and management of staff. During this time we have seen the business triple in revenue and double in profit even through the challenges of the pandemic and having to effectively shut the business for an extended period to customer service provision. During this time I oversaw a temporary pivot into commercial photography which allowed us to keep trading and proved successful. The business is now at a point where it doesn't require hands-on management as it's largely self-sufficient and I was happy to move into new challenges. Show less
