Directed and led 9 Marines in the first concrete over asphalt installation for the M-31 Arresting Gear in NAS Patuxent River, Maryland to establish installation requirements for NAVAIR. Supervised and directed 14 Marines in daily operations, as the Aircraft Recovery Crew Leader, at NAS Patuxent River in support of continuous flight operations for the F-35.Established a Tool Control Program, to account for and monitor 1,146 tools, this includes the creation of inventories, etchings, serial numbers, silhouetting, and logbooks for toolboxes in accordance with the Naval Aviation Maintenance Program. Executed the embarkation of the M-31 Arresting Gear to MCAS Iwakuni, Japan, worth more than $1,245,000, in support of Marine Corps Pacific flight operations. Show less
