Ryan - one of the smartest Lead Business Architects I've ever worked with in my professional Career. His combined skillsets of exceptional analytical ability, knowledge in BPM (Pega) platform and subject matter expertise in the HealthCare domain has undoubtedly promoted him as an invaluable asset for any BPM practice in any organization. Ryan is a professional of unique ability who is able to wear multiple hats in a program as and when required; apart from his core competency of Architecting Business Solution, he is equally capable of Managing Projects and above all he can play a role of a technical architect when situation demands. I must admit Ryan is the only individual I've come across in my career who can play such a big range of diverse roles. To be honest, I can't imagine how the shape of the multi million dollar program would have been, if Ryan was not part of it. I consider myself so privileged to work with him and am sure would see him at a very high position in an organization in near future…. !
