I became "Subaru-Certifed" within the first week and emersed myself in product knowledge and standard features of each model and trim. My first month in the car business I sold 12 and by the second I sold 20/20+ consistantly from month to month. I bogarted all the Salesman of the Month Awards and still have all the appreciation certificates for those accomplishments.       Nordstrom, at the time was the pinnacle in customer service. I was given extension training all through my tenure with the company. I learned all the tools and proper demeanor for successfull retail and client relations. I really enjoyed my time working at Nordstrom but was looking for better opportunities to grow over the upcoming years. I made Nordstrom "Allstar" and "Pace-Setter" year after year with the company.
