       Successfully helped create and implement the district’s first SLO experience for both teachers and administrators. Ran monthly training sessions to help ensure a smooth transition for both teachers and administrators.  Completed the ASTR leadership course at LFHS.  Currently serving on the schedule/new course proposal committee.  Serving currently on the PERA committee to help create and monitor the student growth model used in teacher evaluation at Lake Forest High School.  Created and instituted an electronic textbook pilot program in freshman biology classes. Negotiated a settlement for an early retirement package that was in the best interests of both the teacher and the Board.  Worked with the Director of Evaluation to create a coalition of staff members to work on a new staff evaluation system compatible PERA and SB7.  Investigated and analyzed the attendance policy and its effects at Lake Forest High School via quantitative and qualitative data over a five year period.  Ran science department meetings when Instructional Director was unable to attend.  Designed a marketing campaign to get students to attempt wrestling and increased participation to highest level in decades.
