Ryan was one of those candidates you have in the interview & you know, before walking out, that you need to hire him. His passion for his craft is almost infectious. I brought Ryan onto the team & within a week was knee deep in a project & doing an amazing job. He was quick to develop a key understanding of MindTouch & produce some of the best ‘explainer’ videos I have seen. Ryan has a true passion for live video & his body of work speaks to it. But Ryan also has a hidden talent for motion graphics animation. When given an idea, he is able to take it from initial concept all the way through to final render as a one-man team in a short time frame. Ryan is a multi-talented all in one video marketer, who makes an amazing addition to any team.

Ryan’s video production work speaks for itself! But I will speak to my experience working with him at Lightning Cuts Video Productions, where I have seen the true magic of his abilities. He has instincts on set that very few in this industry posses. One of the main one’s being bringing the very best out those he works with. I’ve been a witness many times of him guiding a hopeless interview into finding a amazing story within minutes. Not only that, his astounding work ethic feeds off to the rest of the team he is working with on set. Personally, being a partner with him at Lightning Cuts, my skills in the video production field have increased tenfold. It’s been amazing working with Ryan and being around all of what he brings to his craft!
