Ryan joined JusCollege as we were growing our Customer Experience Team. Ryan came in with a great attitude and thirst for knowledge. He asked questions and wanted to know more about our customers and their tendencies so that he could better assist them. Ryan also participated in workshops and brainstorming sessions, along with the growing Customer Experience Team, to help identify the wants and needs of the customer. That resulted in tons of new ideas and really great requirements. Ryan was fun to be around and always provided a great customer experience.
Robert Mateer
Ryan was a pleasure to work with. although we didn't work directly with one another, he was always eager to help when asked and took ownership of every part of the event whether it was an area he was responsible for or not. His part of the operation was always running smoothly despite being the most chaotic at the onset of every event. This was crucial in that it set the operational tempo for the entire event. He really shined during the on boarding process and made new hires and interns feel welcome. Such was his demeanor, they tended to gravitate toward him while becoming acclimated to the company culture. He's a force multiplier and would add value to any operation.
