  The Family Enterprise Case Competition (FECC) is a student-lead, global case competition that focuses specifically on the issues unique to family business. As Student Co-Chair of the Organizing Committee, my efforts were focussed on recruitment, hiring, training, and management of 40+ student volunteers; coordination of all competition logistics; and being a major contributor to long-term FECC projects and key succession planning of the Organizing Committee.
