Due to Richard's excellent client service, interest in others and IT business acumen, I was comfortable and confident to connect him with contacts at my previous place of employment. I gained a referral from him for my current position for which I am very appreciative but best of all a mentor who is interested in supporting my own successes with guidance on dealing with people of different levels of positions and cultures. He is a very personable, knowledgeable sales director with high work ethic and integrity. He was instrumental in gaining contracts with clients with whom I was/am project lead and maintained client care throughout. He is no ordinary "sales" guy and is the best example of who I would want to encounter while considering a purchase of a low or high-priced commodity item or service.
