I have worked with Rob Hopkins for just under fourteen years. For the last 6 years, he has been my manager running IT for our company. Rob is truly a great manager that has always made my success as an IT professional a priority . His ability to prioritize and delegate work to the right people shows his great leadership skills and is unmatched. Rob has always shared his knowledge and I have learned a lot from him and it has served me well. His approach keeps businesses moving forward with little to no negative business impact. No matter what the obstacle, Rob is a strategic thinker and always gets positive results. In addition to results driven performance, Rob is a problem solver who will collaborate with his team to find the best solutions. Working with Rob made the days go faster; he always has a great sense of humor and good plan, making even the most daunting of tasks easily achieved. Rob's leadership skills allow for a smooth functioning IT organization and creates an environment which allows for individual and team growth.

It’s rare that you come across an expert talent like Rob. I had the pleasure of working directly with Rob for seven years at Service First Mortgage. Rob’s cybersecurity knowledge and skillset are second to none. His diligence ensured the company stayed safe in a time when threats are everywhere. I was particularly impressed by Rob’s ability to stay on top of the latest products and trends in the marketplace, he keeps the organization on the leading edge. Additionally, Rob’s Leadership created an environment that fostered genuine loyalty within his team. I highly recommend Rob to anyone in need of an IT Leader.
