I have known Ryan since August 2018 as his co-worker and as head of department. Ryan led the Data Quality, Great Plains Quality Control, and Service Desk efforts for Air Culinaire during that time. Ryan is one of the stronger leaders in the Technology department. He has helped us navigate difficult transitions and worked with all areas of the business to help facilitate better outcomes for everyone. Ryan has always been willing to take on new challenges, unafraid to try new things, and is an asset to our team. Since I joined the team, we have changed much of what we do and asked team members to take on new roles and responsibilities. The landscape has been changing rapidly and required team members to be agile and learn quickly. Ryan has handled the changes extremely well, even jumping in to learn technologies and aspects of traditional IT that were completely foreign to him. Ryan led a new effort to capture Service Requests for IT and ensure timely resolution while maintaining the level of service for him and his team in all their areas of responsibility. Ryan has been particularly strong in handling difficult conversations with the business and remaining professional throughout. I personally had great trust and faith in Ryan and had hoped that one day we would work closely together on switching out and maintaining a new ERP system for the company. Based on our experience together, I can confidently recommend Ryan as a solid addition to any team. It’s my sincerest hope that we get the opportunity to work together again.

Ryan is an outstanding employee that really takes the reins when it comes to problem solving, and solving them on his own. Where another employee might immediately pass a complaint call to "management", Ryan would attempt to take the issue himself and try to solve it before it got escalated. As a Manager with frequent calls like this, it was a huge help. I would love to have an opportunity to work with Ryan again and would wholeheartedly endorse him for any future position.
