  1- Design and implement the feeding program based on input from farming team (farming and broodstock) and follow up to monitor the fish performance. • Monitor the feed usage, stock balance and order accordingly. • Manage and support the feeding program to meet the fish growth performance according to fish condition of each batch. • Assist in feeding practices and implement a correct feeding practice and findings from trial into farming scale with farming team. • Assist in farming activities (feeding, daily routine and fish behavior observation) in recirculating aquaculture system (RAS) for grow-out hybrid grouper 2- Design and conduct small scale-based and laboratory trials related to fish nutrition and their application in real farming environment targeting on certain objectives such as; • Larvae culture (R&D) and rotifer (live feed) culture • The usage of carotenoid and amino acids in fish feed • Hands on for system preparation mainly on bacteria culture in MBBR using commercial product • The bio-media percentage use in MBBR system • Commercial marine feed used in farming • Commercial probiotic use in hybrid grouper • Perform series feeding trial in white shrimp 3- Work closely with farming team and research & development team (R&D) • Hands on in hybrid grouper (Tiger grouper x Giant grouper) fingerling production • Conduct series of experiment for rotifer (feeding frequency and feed type) and hybrid grouper and orange spotted grouper larvae. • Involve in rotifer and artemia production • Assist in maintaining biofloc in sludge management 4- Analyse, summarize, prepare report and present experiment findings to Management 5- Assist in laboratory work including routine post-mortem, water quality, and bacteria culture 6- Manage inventory and stock control and liased with other department
