Had the privilege of working with Ruwan closely when I was heading the Market Management Department at Allianz Lanka. He is a very supportive, detailed oriented & result driven individual who wanted to give 100% all the time. My team & myself engaged with him to execute so many BTL activation at Allianz & but one event I remember very vividly is AJFC campaign we did in 2018. He was one of the very few colleagues supported our mission from his channel. He worked tirelessly & hand in hand with the Market Management team to deliver expected results.
