It has been a great pleasure to work with Ruud for almost a year in the Cyber Security for RT&D program in DSM! Although Ruud was technically my manager, we were above all partners and equally responsible and engaged to make the program a success. Ruud has been instrumental in setting up the worldwide multi million Cyber Security in RT&D program. He has provided the fundamentals of the set up of the program. He personnally led the first implementation on a site successfully. Afterwards the lessons learned were captured and the program expanded to over 20 other sites globally. A so-called runbook was created for implementation. Also in setting up the runbook Ruud has been instrumental again.
