Rutuja was an excellent student of MFA IxD all across her attendance in the 2-year program at College for Creative Studies. She is a systemic thinker and able to frame and model an ecosystem of stakeholders and technology with appropriate balance. She was always dedicated to taming complex problems in order to make a positive impact locally and globally, and never daunted by scale or scope. Rutuja won an award for her thesis project because of her convincing storytelling, great visual design, and determination to go beyond what may be expected. She also showed strong capabilities for collaborating effectively, was comfortable leading at the right moments, and was always a great colleague for working through uncertainties and vague briefs. Few interaction designers have her combination of exceptional graphic design skills, systemic thinking, and maturity in interaction design.
