Key Contributions: • Delivering high-impact and competency-based training programs that equip the Flight and Cabin Crew with skills to safeguard all customers, staff and assets against acts of unlawful interference, in line with Group Security’s Vision, Mission and Values. • Preparing all course materials, training aids and equipment in advance as stipulated in the Lesson Plans and Professional Development Portfolio resulting in the consistent delivery of training. • Evaluating learners and preparing end-of-course and practical assessment reports to inform the need for conducting feedback sessions with individual learners regarding their performance in training and the ongoing development plans to further support individual learning development. • Monitoring, guiding and coaching trainees on their performance and availing them resources in a mentoring role, to support their individual learning process. • Identifying and relaying feedback/suggestions on the security course material to the relevant Training Specialist to ensure programmes remain relevant, up-to-date and accurate. • Collaborating with the Training Specialist in the design and development of training programmes by conducting Training Needs Analysis and adapting and improving the training course material to meet the diverse learning styles of a multi-national audience.
