Ruth is incredibly passionate and vocal about mental wellness and wellbeing, she is a beam of light and such a positive key player in the industry. Could not recommend her enough!

I worked collaboratively with Ruth over a two year period when she was working at Equal Approach. We often liaised over organising events and she and her colleagues were regular supporters and exhibitors at a range of NHS conferences and seminars. Ruth has a sound understanding of the principles and ethos of a diverse and inclusive approach to workforce issues and is fully conversant with the business benefits of such an approach. Her passion and commitment to her work is unquestionable and she would be an asset to any organisation.

This has always been about building those long-lasting solid client relationships, on the foundation of our wellbeing and positive psychology expertise. We will guide and support you to ingrain a culture of positive mental wellbeing that is right for your organisation, keeping it both engaging and employee-centred. Whether this is through MHFA training, webinars, keynotes, manager training, consultancy or events.
