  A not for profit organisation focused on supporting research into the experiences and outcome of post traumatic growth. Current projects > 6 month coaching programme with WE:ARE (formerly known as Birmingham Freedom Project) working with ten women in thrivership mode of DVA. This programme has been in operation since April 2020 and is supported by a team of professional volunteer coaches. > Indigo Volunteers: psycho social support for volunteers in the humanitarian field, mostly working within Europe with the refugee community. This work concluded in February 2023 after 3 years of support.
