I first met Ruth over 20 years ago and the lessons that she taught me have proved invaluable throughout my career. I recently had the opportunity to engage Ruth again, this time to train my own team and have to say that she has lost none of her vigour and passion and that the training was even better than I remembered. The results and ROI from the training have (as I expected) proved to be rapid; the change in approach of my team to challenging situations and the value they have delivered are a direct result of Ruth and I have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone looking to improve themselves or their teams.
