Assists in keeping 415 Home Health Aide's (HHA), 120 Register Nurse's (RN), 6 Social Workers (SW), and 10 Offica Staff complaint in our agency. Assists in placing recruitment ads. Schedules applicants for orientation, when appropriate. Schedules interviews for new HHA's, RN's and MSW with RiverSpring Health. Reviews required documents and schedules applicants for a physical. Verifies credentials, references and backgrounds, (OIG, Criminal History) Prepares Hire Status report and Change of Status reports. Notifies RiverSpring when personnel documentation is complete. Enters new employees information into both information systems, (HHAeXchange & ADP). Enters services in HHAeXchange for in-service, referral bonus and vacation payments. Completes payroll transmittals for all new employees and changes. Fields questions from staff and directs to appropriate persons. Maintains personnel files in appropriate format and in a secure cabinet. Communicates necessary personnel updates/documentation to RN & MSW and ensures receipt timely. Maintains current active personnel roster in HHAeXchange, ADP, and the Department of Health Home Care Registry & Criminal History Record Check. Complete income verification forms. Prepares, distributes and collects the Notice and Acknowledgement of Pay Rate and Payday on an annual basis. Photocopies and faxes, as necessary/directed. Prepares correspondence. Attends required annual in-service Participates in agency CQI Activities as directed. Update HHAs, MSW, RN, and office Staffs personnel & medical hard files. Update HHAs and RN personnel & medical files in HHAeXchange Software database. Update patient’s medical forms into the HHAeXchange Software database. Answer incoming calls using a multiline phone system. Provide information for RN's, HHAs, MSW's, and/or new applicants. Provide assistance to other staff members in various projects. Knowledgeable with Lychee MCR & HHAeXchange Softwares. Experience in MaxxVault LLC & Forcura Softwears. Show less
