Ruth is a star. During her internship with Trend Micro, she worked on a project that identified over $31M in potential add-on revenue. She qualified the customers though our internals systems and worked directly with sales to make each opportunity known to the individual sales rep. During this project, she required little to no supervision and communicated updates on a regular basis. Ruth was proactive and showed initiative by scaling up and scaling down the communications to sales around holidays and vacations. Feedback from sales was very positive, on both her approach, and the fact that many were unaware of this specific add-on opportunity. Ruth took on this beast of a project with a wonderful attitude and owned it completely taking it much further than originally expected. I could not have asked for a better intern to be paired with for the summer.
