  I led a team of editorial project managers developing British Standards and editing international and European standards. I project managed a portfolio of British standards, working closely with committees to draft, develop and edit the content, managed the schedule and ensured timely publication.I led the editorial training programme for committee members.I also managed a team of 3 since November 2016, helping to develop their skills, support their work load, set objectives and manage the department publication program. I also worked on a variety of key projects including implementing the move to xml typesetting, supporting the development of a new content model, office relocation and a major archiving project.   My job consists of copyediting and proofreading standards and technical documents to ensure they follow the International/European Directives and coordinating the book workflow process, typesetting publications and working with authors to produce the final content. I also prepare and convert content to xml, produce white papers and work with committee members to create new content.
