I had the pleasure of reporting directly to Ruth when she was my TM at Banco Santander. Ruth always seemed to know how to get the best out of our team, her product knowledge was excellent and she always kept herself up to date. Ruth really motivated me to achieve my goals and we consistently beat target. Ruth had an excellent sense of fair play and we were all given opportunities to shine. I would absolutely work for Ruth again.

Ruth's in depth knowledge and understanding of the FSA on every level (in terms of its strategy, operation and executive management) was invaluable, and made her the obvious choice to manage the design and implementation with our senior stakeholders (including the COO), establishing how we managed and governed the FSAs pipeline and in flight change demand. This involved influencing a diverse and very demanding set of stakeholders to agree terms of reference for the new group, and creating procedures and materials for annual planning and strategic planning / demand reviews etc. On a personal basis, Ruth was someone I regularly used as a sounding board, whose take on any given situation was normally spot on and to the point of any given issue.
