I have had the pleasure of directly reporting to Ruth since I began my career here at Agile. With little to no understanding of insourcing when I began, Ruth took me under her wing and imparted her invaluable 20+ years of NHS, recruitment and healthcare knowledge onto me with such ease, it propelled me off to the best start in my new role. Ruth is passionate, committed and dedicated; a female force to be reckoned with, who prides herself on excellent customer service and high client satisfaction. She will go above and beyond for anyone, is caring and understanding and genuinely has a heart of gold. I am delighted to say I have made a friend and a mentor for life. Thank you Ruth.

Having worked with Ruth Ellis 10 years ago, it was a pleasure to have the opportunity to support Agile Workforce’s Echo service, with Ruth heading the project. To say that I have been impressed with the management and operations of this service, would be a huge understatement. Ruth is always on hand (24/7) to assist with anything and everything. Her attention to detail and the pressure she puts on herself to achieve excellence allows minimal queries on a service that would typically have many. A big well done to the Agile Workforce team, and all of the Echocardiographers giving up their weekends to expand the echocardiography workforce. Richard Jones Set Healthcare

I worked as a Residential Support Work in a home for Adults with Learning Difficulties who exhibited challenging behaviour. My role was to support the Service Users, often on a 121 basis to live a full life, participating in social and cultural events. As a key worker I set up case reviews and helped to devise care plans, specifically helping a Service User to find her voice and enjoy life.
