I have worked with Ruth as part of the sales team and during this time Ruth has been an absolute pleasure to work with, she is passionate, reliable and extremely focused. Ruth has established strong relationships with large Levy employers and worked alongside the organisations to develop strong apprenticeship delivery with core values and behaviours being embedded throughout, it has been wonderful working with Ruth and her infectious positive attitude

Esther Patrick

Ruth is a superb business developer, due to her outstanding ability to build and sustain internal and external relationships, her commitment to excellence in her role and her strong sales skills. Passionate and enthusiastic, she greets problems as challenges and is tenacious in pursuing opportunities. Not only does she focus on achieving the target, she also has awareness of the bigger business picture and how her work supports the wider organisation strategy. She has regularly suggested improvement opportunities and has the ability to streamline work into the most effective - and efficient - format possible to make better use of business resources. I highly recommend Ruth to you.

Energy & Utility Skills is the sector skills council for the Gas, Power, Waste Management and Water industries. Recognition of Learning Programmes (RLP) is our process for providing an external quality approval of your learning programmes, whether in-house or through training providers. Our learning specialists team up with subject matter experts to assess and approve all aspects of the training. RLP approval is a rigorous and respected hallmark of quality, demonstrating to your employees and stakeholders that your training programmes are robust, fit for purpose and will deliver the required outcomes. Learners completing an RLP approved programme are registered on the Energy & Utility Skills Register (EUSR). This independent skills platform, described as 'exemplary' by the HSE, hosts training records which can be analysed and accessed by employers and employees alike via our website or by using the EUSR smartphone register search facility. RLP and EUSR are the perfect way to minimise risk and demonstrate the investment you make in your workforce, which in turn can improve retention and engagement and assist with winning work.I managed the Recognition of Learning product and the framework that underpins it. I identified the market and opportunities that established Recognition of Learning as a key constituent of Energy & Utility Skills Strategic Plan whilst providing management support within the peer group to ensure the programme of EUSR product & service activities were co-ordinated and delivered to plan. Key Tasks• Implementation of EUSR Future Strategy • Management and continuous development of Recognition of Learning • Delivery of the Recognition of Learning Offer • Maintain and develop the communication strategy • Develop the roll out plan for Recognition of learning• Design and implement the audit process for Recognition of learning.
