I've had a pleasure to work with Rutger at Steria. He was my first guide into dark and dangerous UCMDB world. I was lucky to have him as a teacher because of his wide experience in that matter and great ability to pass his knowledge forward. He always was a valuable contributor, had answers for questions which occurred during daily business and with him no problem was left unsolved. Even today I'm often surprised that post I've just found on HP forum, which actually helped to fix my issue, appears to be his. Besides that Rutger has a really good sense of humour and he is a great companion in and after work - for example to have a beer with :)

Rutger was a key player in moving forward the uCMDB from a proof of concept to an operational tool. His detailed knowledge of HP uCMDB and the IT systems is was to discover, enabled us to increase the range of discovery patterns and identify areas requiring special attention. My personal knowledge and competence with the uCMDB was greatly enhanced as a result of working with Rutger.
