      • Feb 2017 - Present

Leading the effort to transform an historically custom HVAC builder/modifier to a manufacturer of standard products for HVAC market. Recently launched the most versatile, highest efficiency product on the market, for the replacement water cooled A/C self-contained market. Starting with a concept, led team in the design and manufacture of this market that is branded by a leading HVAC OEM. This was a new endeavor for the company and I truly had to use all of my past experience to make it successful. Everything from developing Product Requirement Documents to define the design, to field visits for VOC, to creating Product Cost Models for the product, to creating Material Flow Plans and Plan for Every Part (PFEP), and also creating Literature such as catalogs and IOM's. Along with Design Engineer, selected all components, built prototype, built a lab for testing, tested the product, and achieved DOE listing for the product.Developed a manufacturing layout for the product and ensured that equipment was ordered and installed so that we could successfully manufacture.Implemented a Quality System for the entire facility. In the midst of the launch, company moved to a new facility and I created the layout for the entire Manufacturing Facility. The entire effort was challenging, rewarding, and very comparable to a "Start-Up" situation as there was very little infrastructure in place to achieve all that we did.
