1. Entertain inquiries related to certification and provide technical input to clients, importer, trader and other government agencies.2. Establish and maintain networking with certification bodies, clients, consumers, as well as relevant Government departments in complying rules and regulation Malaysia. 3. Assist in providing an import permit for communication products that subjected with the regulation of MCMC (Malaysian Communication and Multimedia Commission) and Custom Malaysia Department.4. Perform technical review of the communication products including follow up activities, which are either initially formulated/planned by the SIRIM that had been appointed as Regulatory Bodies in Malaysia. 5. Assist an application regarding of Type Approval/Special Approval and Import Permit Categories which is required procedure that need to be follow by company, traders/importer or network operator as purpose of company use or local sales within Malaysia market. 6.
