I had the pleasure of working for Russ for 2 years where I learned and grew as a designer under his tutelage. Russ is incredibly talented in all aspects of print, production, color correction and retouching. His eye for color is impeccable and his knowledge of the entire process is incomparable. He also taught me the work ethic of perfection and to this day I do not settle for less in my work or others. In many ways I would count Russ as my first mentor as I do not think I would have come 1/2 the distance in my career without that experience.

Russ is a rare mixture of brains, talent and leadership. I have always been in awe of his technical skills, and his understanding of software and hardware. His artistic skills were an inspiration to me and led me to pursue a career in retouching. His easy going nature and confidence bring calm and order to otherwise stressful situations.
