  Currently working on a new Startup Project centered on the efficient manufacture of multi-market products made from Wood fiber (Sawdust, Chips, Bark, and Logging Waste) and other Bio-Mass Fibers that are readily availably in Northern Wisconsin. These Fibers will be converted to products that can create Carbon – Neutral Energy whether it is burned for heat, burned as a coal substitute to create Electricity or converted to Ethanol.   RVY Designs was an Arts, Crafts, and Gift wholesaler and direct importer in the Denver Area. I was responsible for managing, directing, and controlling the purchasing, quality control, packaging, and logistics with all our China suppliers. I worked with China Foreign Trade Departments and other government departments for importing & exporting products. I lived in China for 1 year and setup our China operational offices. I led, motivated, advised, and trained staff and line management in all matters. I managed our U.S. side warehouse operations with product shipping, handling, packaging, and damage claims. I exhibited at U.S. trade shows and help set up company sales representatives nationwide. I also consulted with U.S. companies for outsourcing and to find business partners in China; and China manufactures to find business partners in the U.S. I also invented many new products in the Neon and LED product areas.
