With a wealth of experience as s a customer service lead, a CRM/software tester and a range of other positions , Russell brings a huge value to both his position and the team culture.

It has been a pleasure to be able to work with Russell. Being the only tester of the team, he is dedicated and make sure he familiarises himself with the existing system and new features. He also provides documentation and training to new staff. Aside from testing, he provides feedback for improvement in terms of usability given his vast experience in the industry. In addition, he also funnels incoming requests, improvements or bugs. He determines if they are user errors or real bugs and prioritises accordingly. This helps us, developers, to focus on important matters and saves development time. I definitely would love to work with Russell if given another opportunity. He also bakes delicious cakes.
