Elder Lester Architects are a small/medium sized established Practice based on Teesside but active throughout the northern region. We provide a professional design and contract management service for building projects of all sizes.   As senior technician at the practice i am responsible for production and preparation of all aspects of drawing works, from feasibility studies, Design & planning drawings through to detailed construction and tender issue drawings. As well as production of drawings and information relating to projects which i am involved with or leading, at times i may be required to check over and assess drawings produced by other techinicians within the practice to ensure the quality of the works before issue to clients or contractors. Data and file management is also an important role which i carry out to ensure that all project information is recorded, and filing systems are updated to prevent out of date information being circulated throughout the design team.
