An additional 5 communities totaling 1200 units of garden and mid-rise type of buildings were under-construction at the time of my exit. The existing portfolio was predominately class A & B and included 2 award winning communities as recognized by the National Apartment Association. Responsibilities included operating budgeted development and capital improvement programs for asset preservation. Led transitions for two software conversions. Collaborated closely with ownership and 3rd party clients on acquisitions, dispositions, financing and refinancing of debt.
