As a manager one should know how to balance things between meeting the goal and keeping a healthy relationship with your Recruiters and/or subordinates. Managers should also know how to extend their patience when it's needed. Working as a Recruiter under Russell, she showed those qualities of a Manager. For a brief moment that I was in her team, she showed me how to do a lot of things and taught me how to be an effective Recruiter and a leader, not to mention that I got promoted as Senior Recruitment Team lead because she trust and believes in my capabilities and potential.
