Chosen to implement system to manage large takeout orders and the new Chipotle Catering program. Interacted with customers face to face and over the phone. Initiated a program to call back all those that I served throughout the day to assure that their takeout orders had been satisfactory and solicit their feedback on performance. Duties included food preparation, cash handling, order taking, and meal packaging. --Crew Member and Prep Cook-- Performed opening and closing duties with speed and urgency. Morning activity consisted of preparing over 20 separate items including meat, salsas and fresh guacamole while setting the proper mise en place for the take out and main food lines. Closing included packaging and labeling food and deep cleaning the restaurant preparation and serving areas to company standards. Efficiently trained new crew members in various prep line positions.
