  2007 - Started in the Systems Group in the warehouse cage which holds all the parts for the jobs Systems build. There was no structure or control over the cage. I with some help from the ground up build and structure procedures and guidelines for items transferring from Inventory in and out of jobs and return procedures. Also had all jobs items isolated in one location seperated from the other jobs to prevent confusion. 2011 - The position came available for purchasing in Products. Now I purchase for all of Texas sales orders and Stock Orders. Take care of all Honeywell orders and have the most knowlege of how to purchase on Honeywell's SAP web channel. I also help in Purchasing for other locations like Alabama, Colorado, Utah, and California when needed. Now Learning to assist in Systems Job Purchasing. While still doing my other duties. May 01, 2014 First day started in Houston Systems for Wilson Mohr. I'm now in charge of uploading all materials from a Excel spreadsheet to the Job card in Navision. Also make sure all part numbers are correct and not duplicated in the system. If not in the system I create them into the System and if not available also request from the vendor or manufactor for and update quote. Also get all materials ordered or transferred from our Systems Inventory which ever is available and quicker. After all orders are placed then Expedite to meet the schedule for the project. Update and manage Systems Inventory mid and max points for purchasing update the Systems Item cards for mistakes or duplicates that were made by mistake. Take care of Contract Employees Pay and Field Service Invoices and Returns and Damages. Manage Purchase Orders that have been left open due to mistakes or not delivered as promised from vendors and call on and have them updated. I also try to help out with others in my team and some outside of the team. Something about Wilson Mohr you can always learn something new. Show less
