Presently involved in the development/manufacturing and customer support of the remotely adjustable magnet bar (RAM-Bar). This magnet pack allows an end user to remotely adjust the magnetic field at the target surface to optimize film uniformity. Process development and field support of both our plasma pretreatment and plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) sources. Researching improved magnet bar configurations for rotary cathodes. Extensive experimentation with reactive voltage control for Al2O3 and TiN thin film coatings. Developing RF,(RF and DC) process for TCO films. Responsible for all new equipment procurement and upgrades as well as maintenance to the vacuum thin film coater. Show less
