I was not an actual client of Russell's as we have known each other for a long time via social media. However he recently contacted me about a couple of positions he thought would suit me, not even realising my employment situation was changing by the day due to the coronavirus. Russell was absolutely spot on with what he thought would suit me. His attention to detail and contrast communication was refreshing have dealt with many other recruitment agencies over the years. Russell was always prompt and honest with his feedback and views and I felt that he really did have MY best interest at heart and it was not all about the commission he was on. I would certainly recommend Russell to any estate agency firm looking to find the right candidate and also to any current estate agent looking to further their career.
