He3Labs was founded with the vision of applying distributed ledger technology ("DLT" or "blockchain") to solve common business problems at a fraction of the normal cost. Particular areas of focus include distributed accounting, remittance, logistical tracking, identity management, process enforcement, and auditability. • Architected, built, and delivered Threshold, a platform-agnostic set of DLT middleware services. Using a combination of RESTful endpoints and WebSockets, the system allows clients to access the benefits of DLT in a manner already familiar to their developers, and permits on-demand switching of the underlying ledger being targeted. • Guided clients through the process of turning nebulous ideas into functional systems. This involved education, explanation of trade-offs, systems architecture creation, API design, data strategy, and delivery of working prototypes. • Designed ZKP-based security solutions for trustless authentication and single sign-on across unconnected components. • Created a complete DLT-based e-government prototype in partnership with Native American tribes, first demonstrated at the 100th Annual Crow Fair.
