Russell Gray is a former teammate and peer during my time at LeTourneau University. We both participated in athletics, playing for the Division III soccer program. Russell was a talented winger and captain who excelled in leadership, understanding game models, and implementing culture within our program. His contributions to my knowledge of the game have greatly aided me in my career. His insight differed from mine at times which allowed for growth within my field and knowledge. He would be a great addition to any program or club following his graduation from Real Madrid Graduate School.
