In charge finished goods inventory deployment from multiple factory sites and vendor locations to anywhere from 3-6 warehouse distribution network. This included managing seasonal build inventories as well as year round product. Other management activities inclueded directing the activities of 3-7 inventory analysts who deployed and transferred product, built/entered truckload transport orders and arranged transportation, coordinating the company's annual/semi-annual physical inventories, developed inventory control procedures and cycle count programs and assisted in two major software implementations/upgrades--identifying needs, scripting as-is and to-be documents, unit and integration testing, creating training documentation and training end users and providing post-implementation support. SAP was the larger of the two software conversions. Allocation of product to customer orders and investigating and providing product availabilty information among various supply chain departments were other key responsibilites.
